Data Shape
Getting your data uploaded couldn't be simpler. Just download this sample file and upload your names and addresses! The main thing to note is that data needs to be in separate columns so we can split them out. Don't merge them into just one field!
Address Verification
As a CASS certified direct mail platform all we need is the first line of the address and Zip code to check verify your addresses in real time! If any addresses are not verified it could mean address not real, or there's incorrectly formatted data. We can still send to unverified addresses but it will cost 10c extra per addressee
Data Cleaning
We check addresses against the National change of address list, goneaways or bereavement lists to ensure that you're not sending unnecessary items.
