We have created an international network of leading print suppliers across the US, and the United Kingdom. This gives you access to the best print technology at a fraction of the regular cost. We can also print nearer to your addressees so that we're only having your mail on a truck for the last portion of the journey.

If you have spare capacity at your production facility retain those well trained staff and fire up those machines. We can fill that capacity up!

Payment

All our users pay upfront for any services on the platform so you are guaranteed to be paid by us as we already have the money in the bank! Our standard payment terms are 14 days.

Stable order flow

Our volumes are going through the roof and we need more partners to service this demand. We can limit the flow we give you, so you are not overwhelmed.

Mail formats.

Paper terminology changes for each country but essentially, we over spec the quality of what we produce so when it lands on the doormat it makes an impact. We use super thick paper with a high gsm. We want to make our clients brand look amazing and the marginal extra cost for heavier paper stock is worth every penny.

Our process.

Whether you're looking to attract new customers, increase repeat business, or make a big announcement, direct mail delivers results.

Everyday thousands of customers order from our platform. We have developed inhouse technology which merges all the orders together so they can be consolidated and produced together. We process a daily production “job” for each format in each country which is then printed and mailed out.

We process data as per each country's mail carrier requirement to achieve the maximum postal discounts available. This includes data cleaning, sortation and barcode generation. We integrate with our suppliers and automate as much as possible.

We generate laid up print ready PDF files which need to be printed using digital printers as there is a lot of variable images. We will also split the PDFs into manageable file sizes so your rip can handle it. Production partners must hand over every job to the mail carrier within 24 hours (weekdays) of us initiating a campaign as per our stated SLA.

Our partners charge us based on the size of the daily job they process as per our SLA. We agree price breaks for volume tiers of jobs and we can limit the volume we give you so you are not overwhelmed with too much volume. We recognise you also have other clients to service.
