Open PRS and create a group.
Go to PRS from the Select Data screen (when creating a campaign) or from your Recipient Groups page. Enter the target postcode, pick a radius and any filters, then click Create Group. (There’s a detailed PRS “How To” guide if you need it.)
Check and manage the new group.
A recipient group is created and named by default like “Radius Search - Postcode - Radius Distance” (e.g. Radius Search - EX31 1JZ - 1.20miles). You can rename it in Recipient Groups. PRS groups show a hidden icon because they’re free datasets provided for you (not ones you own).
Use the group in campaigns.
Select the PRS group as recipients for any campaign. You won’t be able to view the individual recipients, but billing is exactly the same as usual, and all addresses in PRS groups are verified.
