Every mail piece has 2D integrity barcode on it and it ensured the right letter goes in the right envelope. This is tracked right through production, ensuring that the right item gets put into the right envelope, and onto the right truck. You can follow your campaign's creation in our dashboard.
Proof of delivery.
Every mail piece has a unique ID contained within a smart barcode. Using a live feed of Royal Mail data we track your mail from dispatch to landing. You can see a PDF proof of every item sent in case you ever need to confirm what exactly was shipped. This information is live in you dashboard & its simple and easy to find.
Service level agreement.
As soon as you book your campaign our SLA kicks in and as long as you book before midday GMT we will have the mail on a Royal Mail truck within 24 hours on a weekday.
Engagement tracking.
QR codes are a great tool for tracking engagement with your direct mail campaigns. Even better, pair them with a landing page built just for your campaign! If you use our embedded QR codes then we can show you engagement data in your dashboard or we can pass it by webhook back into your CRM for lead scoring or nurturing.
Reporting.
We have a robust reporting dashboard, allowing you real-time insight into campaign delivery status and also mail piece engagement. You can also view historical campaigns for proof of delivery.
