Creative Requirements
When developing creative for printing it's really important to ensure your artwork matches the requirements of our printers. The easiest way to do this is to download a template. Designs must be at least 300dpi to look sharp when printed. Check our font list, if we don't have your font already just upload it!
Personalisation
You can insert any variable text from uploaded or integrated data, including variable images! Use this to make the mail piece completely personalized to the recipient. The more relevant the higher the chance they will engage with your offering or product.
Print Color
As humans our eyes can see the widest range of colors. RGB colors that we use for on-screen designs have a slightly smaller color range. Printers use CMYK which is again a slightly smaller color range than RBG. Most people won't tell the difference but we can!
Clear Zones
When you download your artwork look out for the clear zones! These zones are where we put the address, smart barcodes, postmark and other key data! The Royal Mail force these areas to be left clear so don't infringe the zones.
Our Products
Postcards
We print postcards on 300gsm stock as standard & all our postcards are coated with UV varnish. We know it's important that when your item arrives it looks great on arrival! Postcards are sent 1st class as standard.
Letters
Our paper stock is 100gsm with a Z-fold for inserting into a C5 windowed envelope as standard. You can also upgrade to a C4 Envelope to show off your logo, or another key message.
Greetings Cards
Our A4 and A3 greetings cards are on 300gsm stock, coated with UV varnish. They always look great on arrival & provide a perfect platform for communicating compelling offers.
